At Women Cloth Hub, we’re committed to making your shopping experience seamless from checkout to delivery. Our premium women’s apparel deserves premium service, which is why we’ve designed straightforward shipping and returns processes tailored for our fashion-forward customers.

Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50) – via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders and during peak seasons. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Women Cloth Hub purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Crop Tops
  • Racerback Tanks
  • Any items marked “Final Sale”
  • Undergarments (not currently in our product line but noted for future reference)

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us within 15 days at [email protected] with:
    • Your order number
    • Item details (name, size, color)
    • Reason for return
    • Exchange preference (if applicable)
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
  3. Package Securely – Include all original tags and packaging
  4. Ship to:

    Tip: Use a trackable shipping method as we can’t be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll receive email confirmation
  • Refunds process in 5-7 business days to your original payment method:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 days (depends on your bank)
    • PayPal: 3-5 days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error

Exchange Process

We happily exchange items for different sizes/colors (subject to availability). If your preferred item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

You’ll be responsible for shipping costs on the new item unless the exchange results from our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement.

International Customers

For orders outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping and customs fees
  • Refunds are issued in USD (currency conversion fees may apply)
  • Processing times may be longer
