Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Please note:
- All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached
- We cannot accept returns on final sale items or undergarments for hygiene reasons
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product offerings, the following items cannot be returned:
- Crop Tops (due to their intimate nature)
- Racerback Tanks (considered intimate apparel)
- Any items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval – Our customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package Your Item(s) – Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return – Mail your return package to our fulfillment center at: Women Cloth Hub Returns

Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and applied to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is not available, we’ll issue a refund instead. You’ll be responsible for shipping costs for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States, please note:
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in US dollars and may be subject to currency conversion fees
- Processing times may be longer for international returns
