Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your fashion essentials to you ASAP. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t been processed yet.
Shipping & Delivery
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two convenient shipping options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): Via DHL or FedEx, arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch with tracking
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to some remote areas and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order.
What if I’m not home when my package arrives?
Our carriers will leave a notice with pickup instructions if you’re not available to sign for your package. You can also authorize delivery without signature in your account preferences.
How can I track my order?
For Standard Shipping orders, you’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. You can use this to track your package through the carrier’s website. Free Shipping via EMS doesn’t include tracking.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer easy returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method and may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different size or color, please return the original item (following our return policy) and place a new order for the item you want.
